For decades, many of us have worked in the largest multinational corporations with great people, using modern technology.

It comes as a shock that management of people's potential, performance, and engagement is where companies fail to utilize these amazing technologies and keep on wasting human capital, the most important thing for any business.

We were looking for a holistic platform that merged the best of both, people & technology. We could not find one. It didn't exist. Some were outdated, and the recently founded ones with technology background covered just small parts of our needs or didn't meet our expectations.

So we decided to build one ourselves - we call it LutherOne.
